■ Features of water-based multi-functional spray cleaning machine
• High pressure spray system specially used for water-based cleaning liquid to clean net plate/PCBA/misprinted board/scraping knife and other processes
• Dual liquid tank, equipped with heating system to achieve cleaning, rinsing and hot air drying requirements
• Process flow: cleaning-rinsing (open loop/closed loop) -drying
• Equipped with fully automatic touch screen operation software, parameter configuration files can be saved, and the use is extremely simple
• System counting function, can automatically accumulate the number of cleaning grid plates and the number of circulating filtration times
• Liquid and pump pressure can be displayed through the panel pressure gauge to provide timely feedback on the equipment's operating status
• The spray pressure is monitored by the pressure sensor. If the set pressure range is exceeded, an alarm will be raised
• Resistivity monitoring rinse solution to ensure cleanliness, resistivity can be set to meet different cleaning process requirements (optional)
• The overall stainless steel body is strong and durable, resistant to strong acid and alkali
• The rinse water can be equipped with a wastewater treatment and circulation system to achieve zero discharge for a long time
• High pressure fan + hot air drying, the drying effect is faster and more thorough
• Lower operating cost: liquid direct reflux, avoid serial liquid, reduce the consumption of liquid
Only 30-120ml of liquid is required for each cleaning (depending on the situation)
