Device Functions

Intelligence Integrated design with automated material loading and scanning, refrigeration, temperature recovery, mixing, and discharge.
Refrigeration Temperature control from 1 to 10°C, with real-time digital display and temperature trend graphs; automatic classification and mixed‑storage refrigeration for all product types.
Warming up Temperature recovery is performed by product category and work order, with support for manual or MES‑based online scheduling; the timing can be configured based on solder paste requirements.
Stir After the solder paste has been brought to room temperature, it is automatically stirred; the stirring time and speed can be set freely, with a single batch size of 1/2 bottle.
Discharge Strictly adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle for solder paste, based on the date of receipt or production.
MES Personalized MES integration enables real-time data exchange with the MES system.

Single-bottle continuous batching design ensures strict first-in, first-out (FIFO) compliance. Batches can be sorted by batch time or production date. Large-capacity, drawer-style refrigeration with a tiered design ensures minimal cold-air loss and more uniform temperature distribution, featuring real-time digital temperature display and trend‑curve visualization.
Visualization Stability
Built-in video surveillance system provides real-time monitoring of equipment operation and video playback, with full traceability of the equipment’s status. It employs a bus-based architecture, with separate wiring for electrical circuits and independent control, and is equipped with absolute‑encoder servo modules, ensuring stable performance and ease of maintenance.
Personalized MES Human-centered design
Personalized MES integration, supporting multiple communication protocols and data formats. All data is backed up and archived, with support for both local and network-based queries.
