■ System Functions
❆ There is no need for manual removal of the nozzle from the nozzle station for cleaning; after cleaning, simply return it to the nozzle station.
❆ There’s no need to manually inspect the nozzle condition or wait until production begins on the machine to discover a defective nozzle.
❆ Defective nozzles are categorized by cause of defect, and nozzle scrap is traceable.
❆ Automatically generate cleaning operation reports to verify whether the prescribed cleaning cycles have been implemented.
❆ MES enables interconnected management of nozzle inventory and allows querying and traceability of the status of each nozzle.
