System Functions

There is no need for manual removal of the nozzle from the nozzle station for cleaning; after cleaning, simply return it to the nozzle station.

There’s no need to manually inspect the nozzle condition or wait until production begins on the machine to discover a defective nozzle.

Defective nozzles are categorized by cause of defect, and nozzle scrap is traceable.

Automatically generate cleaning operation reports to verify whether the prescribed cleaning cycles have been implemented.

MES enables interconnected management of nozzle inventory and allows querying and traceability of the status of each nozzle.
