Steel mesh inspection machine
The stencil inspection machine—also known as a stencil checker or stencil optical measurement system—is a high-precision, vision‑based inspection tool specifically designed for SMT placement and semiconductor packaging. Leveraging 2D/3D machine vision, servo‑closed-loop positioning, and GERBER file comparison technologies, it automatically measures the aperture accuracy, physical defects, tension, and thickness of solder paste printing stencils. By replacing manual visual inspection, it eliminates printing defects such as insufficient solder, excessive solder, bridging, and cold solder joints at the source, making it a core piece of equipment for quality control on electronic production lines.
