■ Product Introduction
The JM‑T850 is a water‑based, multi‑functional spray‑type stencil‑cleaning machine that operates on electricity and compressed air. Operators manually place the stencil (workpiece) into the cleaning chamber; after setting the desired parameters for washing, rinsing, drying, and other functions via the touch screen, pressing the start button initiates an automated cycle of cleaning, rinsing, and drying. Once the programmed cleaning sequence is complete, the machine automatically shuts down and resets itself, ready for the next operation. This equipment greatly simplifies stencil cleaning for operators, significantly boosting production efficiency and quality, and qualifies as a highly efficient, fully automatic cleaning system. The machine uses water‑based liquid detergents and DI water for rinsing, ensuring no safety hazards and posing no risk to personnel.
